Really enjoyed our holiday here. Can not fault anything really. The staff are super friendly. The rooms are clean with air con. You get wifi all over the hotel including your room. The pool was wonderful and big. The hotel has a beach just round the corner. The staff their are just as friendly. The food was nice. You had a good variety of breakfast and dinner everyday. All in all I would recommend this hotel.
Stayed 04/05/25-11/05/25 The hotel was lovely. It is very central to the beach & shops. 5 minute walk either way. The catering was great, plenty of choice. The waiters were very efficient & friendly. Special mention to the man who did the eggs at breakfast. He was great. The outdoor pool was clean & well kept. Didn't try the indoor pool, as it was so hot. The reception & bar staff couldn't do enough for the guests. The cleaners were meticulous & our room was always clean & tidy. For an extra cost, we had a massage, it was very relaxing. The only down side, they have a guy on site to book tours & excursions, if you didn't book through him, he wasn't happy & it seemed to cause friction with the person we booked with.
The hotel and the surrounding area of Tunisia are undeniably beautiful, but unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise against dining at this hotel. Most of the meat served was undercooked or raw, which led to severe food poisoning for us. We had to cut our trip short and fly home early to avoid further illness. While the manager was kind, attentive, and even arranged for a doctor to see us, it’s a shame that his staff do not reflect the same level of care or professionalism. Another major issue was the constant harassment from excursion vendors and photographers stationed right outside the dining area. We paid £100 for a horse-riding excursion that we couldn’t attend due to our early departure. When I requested a refund, the vendor was difficult and only returned £90, keeping £10 despite not providing any service. The photographers were also incredibly intrusive—taking unsolicited photos of me while I was doing yoga in a bikini, which made me feel very uncomfortable. That said, the spa was a highlight. The facilities were clean and relaxing, and the women working there were absolutely lovely—calm, respectful, and never pushy. I had a wonderful massage and genuinely appreciated their professionalism.
