TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach

Highly recommend. Right across from the beach which allowed amazing views if you get the room with beachside views. Room was very spacious. Service was great. Buffet breakfast was surprisingly good and had great variety. I'm not the usual type to each at a hotel during holidays but decided to give it a crack on the first morning and was impressed. We got a couples massage here which was also well done but obviously a bit pricier than what you'd get at one of the shops on the streets. One of the best services here is the 5 items of laundry done per person for free each day! 5 minute walk to one of the major streets with good restaurants. My only downside is that you could often hear the hustle and bustle from the beach down below. Wasn't an issue for us but could be for some people.

As a real estate professional, we always emphasize three key factors: location, condition, and price/value — and this hotel checks all three boxes. This was my second visit to Đà Nẵng, and staying here was definitely the right choice. The room looked exactly like the photos online, which is something every traveler hopes for. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived until checkout. The breakfast buffet was excellent — a great way to start the day. And the location couldn’t be better: the beach is literally just across the street, which is a huge plus for anyone looking to enjoy some time by the water. Highly recommend this hotel for both value and experience.

Great location across from beach and many restaurants close by. Lovely staff, good clean hotel, delicious buffet breakfast, on my husbands birthday staff presented him with cake and sang happy birthday which was lovely. Outside noise was an issue. I would recommend asking for a higher floor. Also the rooftop pool was super busy, I feel this area needs to be reconfigured to allow more sunbeds. Nothing against the hotel but if you are thinking of staying in Danang and especially along this busy strip, it felt like Gold Coast on steroids (as an Aussie you would know!).
