Falsely advertised - what hotel room has no windows??? The spa and pool were a joke, I've experienced better at cheap hostels. The good reviews are delusional or fake.

The main issue with this hotel is that it's nowhere near a 4-star level — it's more like a 2-star hotel. The hallways smell of smoke, and there are huge, old stains on the carpets in the lobby. Breakfast is made of the cheapest possible products they could find — practically inedible. So if you still, for some reason, end up staying at this hotel, skip the breakfast. You're better off just buying food on the street. Some rooms have no windows and non-working air conditioning. Being stuck in a poorly ventilated, damp-smelling room with no windows and in the heat feels like torture — yet that’s exactly what you can get in this hotel, even though you'd never expect something like that in a 4-star place. In the bathroom, the glass is transparent and there isn't always a curtain — think carefully if you really want to get that familiar with your partner. The only upside is that the hotel is indeed in the city center, and for obvious reasons, there are always rooms available. But honestly, it’s better to find a more decent place for the same money rather than overpay twice for a room where you risk suffocating or breathing in black mold spores.

The worst hotel I stayed in in Vietnam. The staf is so rude and unhelpful at the reception and restaurant as well. The room are disappointing, very old and I found hair in the bathtub when I arrived. It was clogged and there was an awful sewage smell in the room.
