Toaytt hotel & resorts

Not for Westerners... Nice place well designed, now under new management. We were there in the winter, and they don't heat the hall ways, and the room heat had a hard time keeping up. Breakfast buffet left most everything to be desired... staff had difficult communicating in English. Rest of complex seemed to still be under development... or perhaps we were there in the off off season

It was once known as the DoubleTree by Hilton Wuxi Lingshan Yuanyi. It was taken over by the property owner on May 2, 2016 and renamed Wuxi Toyatt Hotel & Resorts. It appears to be operated by a company affiliated with the property owner. The location of the hotel is very good, with a wide view and good scenery; the bathroom in the room is on the balcony, and the design is somewhat innovative. When you sit in the bathtub, you can see Taihu Lake through the bathroom glass. The hotel staff are friendly and the service is pretty good. It feels like a star hotel. Parking in the hotel is convenient, with parking spaces both above and below ground, and there are plenty of parking spaces. However, perhaps due to a shortage of service staff, many places inside and outside the hotel appear dirty and old, such as some of the hotel's carpets and interior and exterior walls.
