Big advantage is a gym in the basement. Medeu doesn't have it
The hotel is old, the walls are very thin, the floors creak with every step, you can hear everything that is happening in the next room. The breakfasts are terrible, just economy economy. The security guards can easily be rude to guests in the hotel lobby, for the hotel this seems to be the norm in their attitude towards guests.
Customer focus minus infinity, there is a construction site nearby, guests can enjoy the sounds of pile driving. When there are events in the restaurant, the music thunders right in the room until the night, the administrator’s response is “well, be patient.” The hotel has a veranda available to guests, but it turned out there was an entrance fee, we found out when they brought us a bill for tea of 5100 tenge. The shower intermittently has brown water. Pros: spa (sauna, hammam, swimming pool). Normal breakfast, but only instant coffee. Room cleaning for 5.
