Tofinis Hotel

This hotel is outstanding ! The staff are friendly and love children . The staff can’t do enough for you . The hotel is clean and tidy and rooms are great and cleaned daily . The food is unreal ! There is so much choice on the food . It’s hot and replenished quickly there is never anything you can’t have . Such a wide selection to cater for all I have been to a lot of all inclusive hotels and this is by far the best I have ever come across. The splash park and water park is amazing the staff really care about you and will do absolutely anything to make your stay as pleasurable as possible The only thing I would mention as a negative is the sun bed situation. There are enough sun beds but people were getting up and putting towels on there early hours of the morning . I did complain about this and the staff rectified the issue immediately by ensuring no towels were on beds until 9am . They removed any towels before 9am giving everybody a fair chance of having one I would 100% recommend this hotel especially if you have children !

We were here for 2 weeks in May and it was amazing. My kids loved it, the staff were wonderful and the food was more than decent for an all inclusive. The only thing that is an issue, is that there are not enough sunbeds by the pool or waterpark, good luck if you wake up late.

The hotel have silly rules in place for example: 2 drinks per person... We have seen single parents struggling to get their children and themselves drinks because of this. The pool is supposed to shut at 6pm but they get everyone out early everyday. Entertainment is done by 9.30pm every night (if it's on at all) so you have to make your own entertainment. The staff are friendly enough. The food is incredible - can't fault it! I wouldn't come back to this hotel and everyone we have spoken to who are here at the same time have all said the same! It's not great for kids in the evening. Water park is okay (shuts 12-2pm).
