Tokyo Marriott Hotel

I stay at hotels a lot between work and leisure travel. This was by far one of the best experiences I have had. The gentleman at breakfast remembered the fruit I enjoy and had them sent over to the table the next day that I went down to eat. That was such a simple but incredible gesture. We were also able to upgrade to a suite and that was a highlight of my trip. The staff added birthday decor to the room and it was so beautiful. We were continuously greeted throughout our stay with such warm smiles. Thank you to everyone who made this such a memorable vacation. I will definitely recommend to friends. The location is a bit far from things but the shuttle definitely makes up for it. So just something to note.

The location is a little further away from the things I did, but there’s a free shuttle to two stations. I chose to walk to the closer station and use Google Maps for the trains from there. The king room had a good amount of room with a big bathroom. I’m not a fan of New Works toiletries, especially the lotion, but the hotel has pretty much everything you need. The best parts for me were the plentiful vegan options in the executive lounge (which has a great city view) and even the many plant-based options for room service. Everything is labeled well including the allergens.

The staff are extra courteous and very helpful. We used the concierge service for recommendations and they were spot on all the time… friendly atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was spectacular. A bit off the beaten path, but they have a shuttle, sponsored by the city, to the train station nearby (~1km away). It is a “sweat saver” on a hot day.
