Visited Tokyo twice and stayed at the Tokyo Prince Hotel twice. The view on the "Red Eiffel Tower" is the best point for this place. Comfortable hotel with all the amenities expected at this price point. Room aren't large but within the upper range of what you can get in Tokyo. Breakfast is very good. Fresh products and good variety of western and Japanese food. Also tried the bar and sipping Japanese whisky there is a good experience.

The location of Tokyo Prince Hotel is great, especially with a nice view of Tokyo Tower — definitely a highlight. However, I didn’t feel very welcomed during my stay. I had a package delivered to the front desk, and when I went to pick it up, the staff member there didn’t say a single word to me. He looked visibly annoyed and just pointed at the pen when I needed to sign the slip. The room itself was fine, but the AC wasn’t as cool as I’d like, and overall the facilities feel a bit dated. It’s a convenient place to stay, but don’t expect much in terms of hospitality.

I had hoped for a more impressive experience at this hotel, particularly given our previous stays at other five-star establishments in Japan. Please be aware that the rooms offer only basic amenities such as toothbrushes, towels, and slippers. Additional toiletries are available at a designated area near the front desk, though the selection is limited. As this is an older hotel, it may not offer the same amenities as more modern accommodations. Breakfast was satisfactory, offering a variety of choices. However, I encountered some discourteous behavior from the cook who prepared my omelet. When I requested a plain omelet, he responded in Japanese, so I politely directed his attention to the menu item.
