Best location in Aswan. We have stayed here several times before. Top of the town and on the Nile. Quiet and tranquil. Upgraded to a Junior Suite. Great view and spacious. Management also allowed my cousin (who mistakenly booked the wrong hotel) to use the poolside with us after his trips. So, thank you. Unfortunately, some services could be better. I had to clean the balcony chairs from a layer of dust before use. No pool attendant or towels until after 10 am, and pool snacks always arrive cold. However, the guest relations managers (Monika and Sarah) were superb with us, and the General Manager Mr. Mohamed Ragab was an excellent host. I am confident that these small issues will be resolved to make our next stay even better. God willing, see you soon. Thank you.

This was my second stay here and overall was equal to my stay last year. The room was large and comfortable with excellent airconditioning. The cleanliness of both the bedroom and the bathroom was impeccable. The location, set slightly back from the Kornish Al Nile ensured an excellent view over the Nile to the West bank and, for the most part, a quiet atmosphere. My only negatives are of a minor nature and more of my remembering what not to do. Firstly, I have to remember not to take my laundry to reception. Doing this will result in a firm direction from the staff to take it back to the room and wait for someone to collect. This may not be convenient for a tourist who is on the way out of the hotel. The other thing for me to remember is to restrict my meal choices to Egyptian fare - Kofta as this is invariably well prepared. Such other dishes as grilled Salmon and Chicken Cordon bleu, I have found to be so overcooked as to be inedible. Otherwise, my stay here was most pleasant and would happily stay here again should I visit Aswan next year.

Arrived late to check-in. They offered me a hibiscus drink. Staff were mostly friendly. Went to breakfast and everything had gone cold and congealed by 8.20am. Room was clean. Curtain wouldn't shut all the way and staff came to sort it out quick but without much success. Not much atmosphere in the dining area of an evening when I went for dinner. Had a good view of the Nile from my window. Shower was in the bathtub, which had quite high sides, just about slipped off the edge on evening.
