I stayed there in occasionally very quiet hight level of professional services, discovered no noisy ,relaxing place, staff are professionals and helpfully, rooms organized vip and for restaurant is open pouffe, it's good for families🥰 gathering spent weekend, Day use, and special event the hotel is near by airport it's location in Suez road, besides to ring road 👍

We went to my cousin henna party in the hall The team was great and nice hospitality Also the hall was clean and neat I recommend people to do parties in this hotel hall.

I was invited to a graduation party at this place, and honestly, I expected a much better experience. After spending a long time celebrating, I was exhausted and wanted to wash my hands before ordering something to drink from the café. To my surprise, the security guard treated me with so much disrespect. I told him I just needed to use the bathroom quickly, and he rudely said, “No, you’re not allowed.” When I asked why, he told me I had to pay 100 EGP just to use the bathroom — even though I was a guest at an event inside! This was humiliating and completely unprofessional. I’ve never been treated like this in any public venue before. No matter how nice a place looks, how they treat people matters more — and this experience was truly disappointing.
