Tolip Resort El Galala Majestic

I was suspicious because of the negative reviews to the point i almost didn’t go at all, but it ended up being the best vacation i’ve went to, the food is a little bland, however that’s the only bad thing about this hotel. the rooms are AMAZING, the furniture and the style was perfect, the sandy beach wasn’t that great but the artificial beach was way better and enjoyable. the pools were PERFECT. they provided a bus to take you to the beach and back to the hotel because the beach was far, the staff was very professional and very kind. loved the experience and i hope i get to come here again !

This was a very disappointing experience. The road to the hotel was terrible the GPS took us to the bottom of a mountain, and from there we had to walk for an hour and a half just to reach the place! the hotel looks stylish from the outside,and the rooms also good but the atmosphere is extremely dull and depressing. There’s absolutely nothing fun or entertaining to do. If you’re looking for a place to feel miserable, this might just be perfect The food is very bad and there is no variety at all. When I complained, they told me, this is a common complaint.” Also pools are bad I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable stay.

Summary: Poorly managed resort with nice landscaping and good staff but disappointing services and experience overall. Positives: The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the stay. The hotel’s landscaping and design are pleasant, and the animation team was active and engaging. Staff members were polite and tried their best despite the clear management issues. Negatives: The location shown on Google Maps is inaccurate, and the hotel is quite far from the sea — all our group got lost trying to find it. Shuttle buses to the beach are very infrequent. Most swimming pools were either empty or not clean, except for only 2–3 usable ones. Check-in took nearly 3 hours, and it wasn’t completed until 5 PM. There were serious administrative and organizational issues, especially during check-in/out and meal times — the staff couldn’t manage the guest flow properly. Food options at the open buffet were very limited and below expectations. The iron’s electric plug was broken and unsafe (see photo). Housekeeping was insufficient — for example, the balcony area was dirty and unattended.
