The stay was very good , the staff were really friendly and helpful, location is amazing and near a lot of restaurants, food was amazing and thanks to chef Salah with his kindness and hospitality and he was making sure that we are satisfied even if we have any complaints he was making sure that we are satisfied with the food. I just have some points need to take in consideration in the future like the pool need to be clean i didn’t find any staff who was cleaning the pool and it was full of dirty skins and hair, the room , when I asked to clean it the room service came with very old stag to clean it even the vacuum was not available to clean the room and they don’t change the towels properly they just put it as organized without changing and they think that we will not notice that. The mattress very old and we affect out rest and sleeping time . The DJ really is horrible with very old songs and his voice with his way of speaking need to have a professional training so he can develop himself. So overall the experience was very nice but with a little more effort it will be amazing.

The hotel itself is decent. The rooms are spacious and fairly clean. The room service is good too. The food was good quality and we honestly enjoyed dinner. The reception staff was not polite or accomidating and they didn't inform us of any instructions of the place. Also they do not allow alcohol although there is no clear rules regarding what's allowed and what's not. The worst part was the location. It is really far from the beach and the shuttles are only from 9 am to 11 pm, leaving very minimal time to enjoy the beach as the breakfast ends at 10 and dinner begins at 7. It's very hard to get an uber out of the hotel area and the private cars from the hotel are very expensive. There are no activties, no shows, very weak animation team. It's a fine place for a family vacation if you are willing to chill and do almost nothing, but definitely not recommended for who are active and looking for fun things to do.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the design is very beautiful. However, it’s unfortunate that all of this becomes meaningless due to a number of neglected issues. The hotel does not live up to a 5-star standard because of poor management and lack of attention to detail. First, the cleanliness is very disappointing. The rooms are not properly cleaned. That’s not to say there’s no housekeeping—there is—but they are clearly unprofessional. You’ll find a lot of dust in the room, especially in the bathroom, on the ceiling, and in various other areas that should be spotless. Second, while the staff are respectful and polite, they are completely untrained in how to deal with guests or operate in a hotel environment. Their work is disorganized, and it’s clear that even the management lacks proper training. Third, the food was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in any hotel. The taste and quality were far below acceptable—even for a 3-star hotel. One of the managers I spoke with admitted openly that he was aware of how bad the food was and apologized, saying he completely understood my disappointment. Finally, the animation team was a major issue. They were sitting around the pool smoking and talking loudly on their phones. Despite multiple complaints asking them to lower their voices, nothing changed.
