Toll House Hotel Los Gatos

Everything about this restaurant is excellent. The two problems one could identify is the fact that they do not have a restaurant within and on the property but within the same block, there is places to eat and the other is that they do not have a pool so if those are problems for people, then it’s an issue but the hotel the staff everything about it is lovely. We totally enjoyed it having gone from Arizona. The rooms were nice the temperature there was amazing. It’s an older hotel but beautifully laid out and lovely rooms, and we Highly highly recommend it.

Had business in town and stayed here multiple times. The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! Sharice at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Her warm hospitality truly transformed what would be a normal stay into a 5-star experience. I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

Loud, uncomfortable, poor customer service and although we didn’t see any bed bugs, we were all bitten (fleas?) while attempting to sleep. There were half a dozen RVs running their generators right outside our window all night, wedding parties until sunrise, and walls so thin you could hear all the barn doors in the surrounding rooms. Called and emailed for a week prior to ask about breakfast & late check-in, but could never get through to anyone. Checking in at almost 11pm with 2 kids, they told me they didn’t see my reservation. Luckily I had brought a copy of my reservation, and they found us a room. Great location, but we will never return.
