The hot springs, food, and service were all very good. I thought the cost performance was very good. I would like to use it again. ■Meals In particular, the ``Tomiya Tsake'' kaiseki dinner is amazing in taste, variety, and quantity! The crab was a whole snow crab, and the meat was well packed and delicious. The shabu-shabu is made with Shimane Wagyu beef, and the 7 types of Funamori sashimi are also delicious! It was quite filling and I was full. ■Hot spring The hot spring was a little hot, and it warmed me from the core of my body, leaving my body warm and smooth after bathing. The view from the open-air bath was also very good, as it is located on a hill within Yumura Onsen. Free cold water service is available in the changing rooms. ■Equipment Although it felt old overall, it was well maintained and did not cause any discomfort. I had a comfortable time. ■Service All the staff were kind and polite and made my stay very comfortable.

You should do something about the direction you're trying to go in I stayed here for workcation purposes. The plan included breakfast and dinner. Well, it's cheap, so that's one thing, but there were a lot of disappointing points. ・Building and room Shabby, dark, creepy Many parts have been left dilapidated and left in a state reminiscent of the Showa or Bubble eras. ・Bathroom Overall shabby, almost all of the mirrors in the washroom are fogged up and you can't see anything. There's a lot of masking tape on the walls. ・Food It's not very tasty, but it's the type that comes down to a lot of volume. For example, crab in July is definitely a dangerous frozen product from a foreign country, so you'd be better off not eating it because it lowers your spirits just by looking at it. I asked them to reduce the number of dishes. I think it would be better if they reduced the number from the beginning and gradually used better ingredients. ・People This is the only place where you can tell they're working really hard, so it's even more painful. It seems as if the owner doesn't want to spend money on facilities, but instead wants to raise the hotel's rating through the service his employees provide. I don't know if this hot spring town will still be around in ten years, but if they change the direction they're trying to go in, even just a little, I think there's a chance.
