Tomjachu Bush Retreat

We found Tomjachu Bush Retreat to be a beautifully situated and impeccably maintained accommodation. The owners, Sandy and Ross, are exceptionally helpful, as are their staff. The restaurant serves a delicious, extensive breakfast, lunch, and a daily changing dinner. We visited Tomjachu with three children: they too felt very welcome (in terms of the culinary experience and play facilities). Through Tomjachu, we visited Chimp Eden and Sudwala Caves: a wonderful day out! The rooms are very comfortable and well-maintained (daily). In short, if you're looking for accommodation near Nelspruit (whether as a couple or a family), Tomjachu is the perfect place!

Wow ! What a wonderful place a secret in the bush but in the city of Nelspruit. The road was not bad just drive slowly and take in all the views. We were made so welcome by all the staff. Ross was excellent goes out of his way to accommodate all your needs . The rooms was perfect. We talk a bush walk and just loved the nature and the setting saw plenty of animals giraffe zebra kudu and ostrich. Dinner was out of this world. The lamb shank was to cooked to perfection. We slept well and finished our stay off with a wonderful breakfast. Check out was easy the hard part was saying goodbye. Thanks guys we will be back. Thanks Dave and Bella

TJH is such a beautiful place to stay. From the moment we arrived the staff made you feel right at home. Sandy was an excellent host and her passion for the place and its surroundings was always apparent. Watching the sunset there with a glass of wine in hand after a long day was enriching for the soul. Food and drink was all of a great standard and the honesty bar is a welcome addition! Highly recommend you stay there whilst visiting SA.
