My husband treated me to a stay here for my 30th Birthday, and what a truly wonderful stay we had! It was very quiet (albeit the train tracks nearby, but that wasn't any bother!). We spent time sat down by the pond watching the ducks and looking out across the view of the nearby farm. Everything about this stay was so perfect, and attention to detail was spot on for everything! The staff were so attentive and welcoming, the cooked breakfast was delicious and the breakfast setup was really cute. The rooms were comfortable and clean, looked brand new. Check in and out times were very reasonable. We travelled into Canterbury for the afternoon/evening as was only a further 25/30 mins journey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, thank you for being so welcoming! It really is a little Gem this place.
Most beautiful bread and breakfast ever! My kids loved running around and feeding the ducks. The host and owner were amazing. I am definitely coming back
Fantastic place - as good as the pictures - run by lovely people. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms really comfy, clean and hi-spec although I don't think my skylight had a blind so it was light very early!
