Tonino Lamborghini Hotel Kunshan City Center

The hotel is exceptional, located very close to the city center. Very friendly staff. Every encounter is greeted with a friendly smile. Breakfast buffet with a lot of choice. Rooms are very spacious with a great view of the city, and the cleanliness of the rooms is great. However, if something small should occur, the staff is there immediately and will help. I wouldn't want to leave out the laundry and room service staff, they do an excellent job too. I can only say positive things about the hotel. I'm here for the second time and for the second time super satisfied. But I would like to express special thanks to Sales Manager Mrs. Linda Zhang, who helped us at any time personally or via WeChat. She has organizational talent in every respect

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at your hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My stay involved checking out for two days and then returning. The Staff made this a very smooth process. I sampled one of the new food offerings in the Venus Lounge and it was very good. As with most all of my visits, I was approached by Kelly Zhang, the GM. She asked about my stay and offered her assistance if needed. She has always done this even in her previous roles at this hotel. Several new staff members introduced themselves to me and greeted me by name each time they saw me following that initial introduction. Kelly, My eggs were very good! Thanks!
