Tonzhaus Hotel & Restaurant

Had a great stay here! The staff was super friendly—reception made us feel really welcome, explained everything clearly, and even walked us to our room. The room was super clean and comfy, with lots of nice little touches. We had lunch at the pizzeria—really tasty and great service. For dinner, we went with the Luxury 3/4 board experience and it was totally worth it! The food was delicious, and even though some drinks cost extra, the price was fair. Breakfast was just as good. The pool, spa, and massages were super relaxing. And if you're feeling more active, there are awesome hiking trails around and even a lake nearby. Totally recommend!

Nice Hotel well located near Maso corto. It is a good 4 star hotel even though some areas like the spa makes you feel more in a 3 star. No many teas and drinks in spa section and the decor is a bit outdated for a 4 star. The service is good, some receptionist can be more friendly than the other, indeed the check in wasn't really welcoming for the money we spent, but the check out was done by a younger lady that was really friendly! The breakfast is one the best I had, it worths all the 4 stars! The restaurant has really a good vibe and the decor is amazing with beautiful view on the swimming pool. Rooms are nice and modern even though the shower is not as fancy as a 4 star hotel should be. Would I come back? Yes!

My husband and I had a short stay here in March. On arrival, we did not receive an appropriate welcoming as the owner (typing on her computer) barely lifted her head up to greet us. We had read and also paid for a 3/4 stay (which in the rest of Alto Adige means breakfast, light lunch and dinner). At Tonzhaus, a light lunch is a single (literally) slice of cake and a cup of tea (if you want anything else, including coffee, you have to pay). We have been to many hotels in Alto Adige and 3/4 means light lunch, not a small snack. So, when we arrived we had to go out looking for a place to eat something. The room was pretty. Dinner was disappointing as the quality was not what I had expected and also they served ham and melon in winter (it is not a seasonal dish). Breakfast was nice. The two saunas were not on when I went to the spa. When it was time to pay, we tried to asked the owner for clarifications as regards their idea of a 3/4 meal arrangement but she dismissed us rather quickly and irritated. I think this place has a long way to go yet.
