We stayed for a week. Had a junior suite on 14th floor. Very clean on arrival and each day. Very comfortable beds. Great views, but part of room looks out onto public terrace so couldn’t have blinds open fully. Kris checked us in - warm and friendly. Other reception colleagues not particularly friendly or approachable - no greetings when you pass and I had to have corrections made to final bill. Muse (restaurant) good each day for breakfast. Daniel, Angelina and Olivia all excellent. Good, walkable location.
I booked a last minute stay at Toor this month and I was beyond impressed. The room was affordable, clean, and new. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful, and attentive. Additionally, this was the first time I actually slept in a comfortable hotel bed! The overall vibe is definitely upscale and adult, and the location is great. As a new member, I was also impressed with the Hyatt rewards system and the perks they offer. I will certainly be staying here again!
We stayed here for a few days and we liked it enough. It was pricey for what it was, but it was close to a lot of places we wanted to go. There were little snacks and drinks ready in the fridge, but we didn't eat them because those had a cost. I appreciate the water bottles and the easy to use AC, it was a toasty weekend we went! Housekeeping did a really good job and the front staff were always pleasant. Thank you!
