🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Saved Our Birthday Weekend – Incredible Staff & Stunning Rooms! After a horrible experience at another Toowoomba hotel — where we were abused and refused at check-in on my birthday — we were left stranded and upset, unsure where to go. In desperation, we called Toowoomba Central Apartments as a last resort, even though we knew they were nearly fully booked. To our absolute relief, the staff went above and beyond to rearrange things and make a room available for not just that night, but also the following night. Their kindness, understanding, and genuine care turned what could’ve been a ruined birthday into something special. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every interaction with the staff was warm and professional. I’m so grateful for the compassion they showed us during such a stressful moment. We’ll definitely be staying here again and recommending them to anyone looking for accommodation in Toowoomba. Thank you again for everything!

Way over priced for what you get. $210 for the night was $209 too much. Whilst location is great the rooms in this establishment are appalling. First of all on checking in the room smelled musty and dusty. The carpet was lifting and rippling everywhere, pubic hair on the blanket when we pulled it out of the wardrobe. 🤮 The ceiling fan/light did not work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. When we opened the window to let in some fresh air we were greeted with the terrace from the next room ( so no privacy, they could look directly into our room and bathroom whilst we were trying to get the shower steam out of the room). The sink mixer in the kitchenette had a continuous leak so when we checked in there was water all over the counter and dripping onto the floor so we had to put a towel around it. The lift buttons don’t work properly you have to tap them 4 or 5 times to work along with the salami subway that had been dropped in the smaller lift the afternoon before and was still there the next morning. By the time we got organised and got back to the room after running our errands reception was already locked up and closed so we wouldn’t contact anyone about it. We pulled a saucepan out of the cupboard to boil some water as well and it was dirty and had burnt food still in it. We felt that we had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it just to be safe. Would highly recommend staying next door at Burke and Wills, They are worlds apart from this “Hotel”. Central apartments are 2 star at best .

The only thing going for this place is the view, amazing from the 9th floor .. the supplied milk in the fridge was outdated and although could of double checked the dates you would assume would be in date.. curdled when drinking it , the apartment smelt between vanilla and smoke , the pillows and linen smelt like dust, and although the rooms were supposed to have WiFi, it didn't. Had to hot spot the TV.. Upside to this, all didn't hear any other neighbouring apartments or noise from other neighbouring units across the road from the plaza.
