I had the fortune of staying at Top Deck with my study abroad group. They were the kindest people, treated us like family, and truly made it a one of a kind experience. I would stay there again and again should I visit the beautiful Colombia again!
It's amazing place to get rest. The people at hotel is very kind. The ubication is perfect to go different places in Pereira.
REALLY BAD! Well if you have the chance of staying somewhere else please do so. Staff was VERY helpful and they deserve a 10!! However the hotel not. Is loud, very loud, from the kitchen upstairs at 5:30 in the morning you can hear the chef cutting off ingredients like they were humming , they move tables and chairs and the sound is is nothing but annoying and for sure you will wake up VERY EARLY. The towels where OLD I mean very old, you could see holes and threats coming off. Food wise not so bad. The room where we stayed was so small we couldn’t even get the bags inside. We asked for 4 people accommodation and trust me this is not room for four and we were checked 200.00 a night!!! SO EXPENSIVE for nothing. For what I heard the owners changed and since then everything has worsen. I hope they realize soon and save this place. It is clean and cozy but way too expensive!!!
