Top Hotel Am Bruchsee Heppenheim

It's very clean and the staff is really friendly. My room had a bath tub with was wonderful. As the other guests mentioned the rooms may be lacking some comfort in a sense that I didn't feel as warm and homely as I like to in a hotel. However the rooms are spacious and provide every necessity. Please add some vegan options to the breakfast menu though.

So bad I can't give less than 1 star, unfortunately! We have been there and unbelievably, we had to discuss almost all morning, during in and out with the staff, very rude and obnoxious, to have the room/toilette cleaned! We left because they didn't want to clean our room eventhough we paid a very high price for a noisy uncomfortable night! We should ask money back. Toilette was small and really bad, nothing worked, flooding everywhere during shower. The Hygiene unknown!

The first day, during the first breakfast I went to the breakfast lounge around 7:30 a.m., while the rest of family was still sleeping. Early morning I was verbally assaulted by some of the wait staff and I had to justify myself to them because they told me someone else had come earlier to get breakfast food at our room number! When the rest of the family came downstairs to join me for breakfast, the staff didn't apologize, even though they saw that none of us were doing breakfast before!
