TOP SeminarHotel am Aegerisee Unteraegeri

Location right next to the lake was perfect .We were there for a business seminar , we had breakfast lunch and dinner . Food was excellent , restaurant staff are so nice that I felt like going back there just to see them . On the negative side the room had no internet , it asked to connect via SMS code to a network , the SMS never came , perhaps because because of the international phone number that I had . Others in my group had the same experience . i had to step out every time to the business area if i needed to connect my laptop to the internet . Receptionist said he cant do anything if the SMS didn't come . House keeping did not replenish paper cups for coffee and Tea.

Rooms are very clean, serive is very good too, location is great if you are looking for hotel next to the lake, but If you are looking for some city life… its 20 minutes by car to the town and in the town there is not much to do. What I have to say like an athlete, gym in the hotel is absolutely terrible… 3 cardio machines but none of them is working and there is also no space to do some bodyweight workout…

Unfortunately we had an experience that was quite far from a 4-star standard hotel. The restaurant staff were not really polite, telling us to change tables 3 times a within one minute at breakfast. If you employ people in service, they should at least know how to communicate professionally and politely with people. Shower sprayed in all directions. The room booked for two people, which was only equipped with a small tiny duvet for one person, one pillow, one bathroom towel. The carpet was dusty. I just think that this hotel definitely does not speak the standards of a 4 star hotel.
