Tophams Hotel

My sister and I absolutely adored our stay here. Rafaella was absolutely amazing to us, provided such wonderful customer service and was so sweet and down to earth during our stay. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved our rooms and the housekeeping was top-notch and visited us every day to refresh our towels and tidy up our rooms. It’s in such an amazing area and it’s so easy to get to everything. We felt safe and at home! The bartender was so sweet and he made great drinks for us. Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed 2 nights at Tophams Hotel this week. We had a double room which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and service was friendly and professional. Loved the communal areas and small bar area. All staff were helpful and courteous. We were able to leave our bags at hotel on the day of checkout so we could go shopping. Hotel is in a great location, near to great eateries and handy to Victoria Station and we walked to Buckingham Palace. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an early departure at 5 AM and informed the reception in advance, requesting a takeaway breakfast since it was included in our room rate. The receptionist took note of our preferences and assured us it would be arranged. However, the next morning, nothing had been prepared. The staff on duty seemed unaware of any arrangement and could only offer us two stale croissants, which were inedible. Very disappointing service, especially considering the prior communication.
