Topland Hotel & Convention Centre

So far worst hotel in this trip. It needs renovation specially in the rooms. The lobby and restaurants are great and beautifull and the food a la carte is grrat 5 stars. The hotel d3cor from lobby looks like from the 30s stunning. But yes the rooms needs lots of redo and my room th air conditioner not worked as it suppose to but it could be worse.

This hotel is a blast from the past. We’re talking in the 80s or even 70s so some history in its beautiful design. Unfortunately, they take little care of it. There are walls with several marks/scratches/water damage. The bathtub and refrigerator looks like it hasn’t been replaced in 30 years. There were no available outlets next to the bed (like, really?). There are constant noises coming from above as if doing construction. The only two things I enjoyed were the city view and that it’s in the center of the city. Not the worst hotel I’ve had in Phitsanulok but disappointing nevertheless.

Bad experience, looks like an hotel of the 80’s. Uncomfortable mattress, bad smell because of the humidity. Luckily onle spent 1 night there. I can’t imagine where the 4 stars come from.
