Toraja Heritage Hotel

This hotel have etnic style called Tongkonan house. The room quite good, bad quite confort, have bathup. Restaurant offering local food. Overall is good but nothing special from this hotel. Need took arround 1km from main road. Hope this hotel can provide more hightech hotel style and confortable service.

Hotel was nice. Big room and big bathroom as well. They have outdoor shower, bathtub and toilet separated with the door👍🏻 Breakfast not best but still ok. The location is not too close to the main street with the bumpy road, it has small kiosk near the street in case you guys need something stuffs to buy. Note : make sure to close your room doors or windows if you don’t want to get mosquitoes inside the room especially in the evening.

This hotel has seen better days many years ago...  If I looked at the reception desk, it was part of a French hotel chain before local entrepreneurs took over. The gardens are beautiful and tidy.  The rooms are large, the bathroom is also gigantic. However, everything is badly neglected..., not so much in the rooms.  But in the restaurant, the walls are disgusting, the tablecloths are dirty and full of holes. The service in the restaurant is incredibly slow and the food is far from good, tasty quality. It is a gross exaggeration to say that this is a 4 star hotel by international criteria.  It deserves 3 stars at most. Based on the above experience, we got pretty poor value for our money. And the current owners should start a comprehensive renovation programme as soon as possible.
