As a frequent traveler, I have high expectations, and our family stay at the Barceló Torre de Madrid surpassed them in every way possible. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely perfect. The hotel's location is simply spot-on. Situated in the heart of the city, it served as the perfect base for us to explore all that Madrid has to offer with our 10-year-old. We could get everywhere with ease. The quality of the hotel itself is truly high-grade. Our room was impeccably clean, and the level of service across the board was outstanding. Every single staff member we encountered, from the welcoming doormen to the efficient check-in staff and the attentive team at the restaurant, was incredibly friendly and professional. What truly made our stay special, however, was the thoughtful gesture from the breakfast team. They surprised my wife with a birthday cake, a wonderful touch that showed they genuinely care about their guests. It’s moments like these that turn a great trip into a memorable one. Great hotel. Located right in the middle of the city, all the important attractions are at walking distance. The only issue we had was with air conditioning that kept on switching off and the maintenance had to fix it almost every day, maybe it was just our bad luck. Although a lot of rooms were having this issue. I would say its more like a 4 star hotel. The pool is a bjt small.
