Torre del Marqués Hotel Spa & Winery Small Luxury Hotels

Absolutely loved our stay – we didn’t want to leave. The hotel’s architecture is stunning, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The location is unique and peaceful, with a cooled outdoor pool – a huge plus when it’s 38°C – plenty of private spaces, and the option to explore by mountain bike which we did. Staff were exceptionally friendly, the rooms spotless, and dinner outstanding. Our waiter, entirely on his own initiative, looked up our language (Lithuanian, the oldest in Europe) and learned a few words, even though we hadn’t mentioned in advance that we’d be dining there. The food was unique, and as a lovely farewell touch, we received a bottle of local wine. A truly memorable experience.

My friends and I attended Torre del Marqués Hotel Spa & Winery for a wine, yoga and meditation 5-day retreat with Soulful Vines at the end of May. The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect spot for our retreat. The staff was amazing and took care of our every need. The food....Oh my, the food - so special and absolutely delicious. It was prepared and presented with so much love for the craft as well as the people who were served. I would definitely go back!!

Went over the weekend. Wonderful stay, did some horse riding and ate at the restaurant (You should try the lamb, worth it!). Service is really wonderful - the hotel is small so employees are very personable, remembered our names and made us feel welcome. 100% recommend for a getaway
