Torre Lucerna Hotel Ensenada

The Hotel Lobby is Luxurious and warm. It almost feel like you are in a different place. Once you walk in in the lobby area they had a pianist, playing some relaxing music. The hotel has potential, but there were definitely some drawbacks that took away from the overall experience. The pool area is decently furnished with umbrellas and loungers, but the surrounding construction really disrupts the atmosphere. It’s hard to fully relax with a half-finished building looming right next to you. The outdoor space could use some TLC — the artificial grass and worn red concrete feel a bit dated and underwhelming. That said, the staff was friendly, and the poolside service was attentive. If you’re just looking for a place to crash and don’t mind some visual noise, it might be fine. But if you’re coming for luxury or a scenic vibe, you may want to wait until renovations are complete.

Great hotel with a really modern and cool vibes. The lobby and restaurant were very elegant and comfortable. The hotel had a piano player in the evenings which made hanging in the lobby very cool and chill. The breakfast buffet was impressive and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again. The only observation I have is for the area rugs in the bedrooms, they could use some cleaning.
