Torre Melina Gran Meliá

We just spent three nights at this beautiful hotel. We often stay in Melia hotels as I know the quality is always good, and this one didn't disappoint. Inside it is beautiful - the reception area / lounge in particular. The reception staff were excellent and remembered it was my daughter's birthday, putting her a cake, juice and sweets in the room when we returned. The kids club staff also really lovely and took my younger daughter with my eldest one, even though she was a bit too young, which was really appreciated! The pool was great but unfortunately there were no loungers free both times we went, but eventually we got some. Staff in bars were slightly hit and miss - sometimes a bit slow, hence me only giving 4 rather than 5 stars, but it was a busy time. I didn't use the spa, but hopefully next time! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My stay at Torre Melina was truly exceptional — a shining example of what great resorts were all about in the glorious 90s. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the property’s stunning architecture and meticulous upkeep, reflecting excellence at every turn. The customer service was nothing short of outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, demonstrating genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that made me feel valued throughout my stay. The dining experience was equally remarkable. The hotel boasts an exemplary selection of restaurants, offering a diverse array of cuisines that cater to every palate. Each meal was a delightful experience, with fresh ingredients and expertly crafted dishes that showcased culinary artistry. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — abundant, beautifully presented, and featuring a wide variety of options that satisfied all tastes. Regarding the rooms, we had two connecting rooms, and they were exceptionally great — spacious, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. They truly enhanced our stay, providing a luxurious and relaxing environment that exceeded expectations.

Professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He’s a real credit to the hotel. The hotel itself is stunning — elegant, beautifully designed, and equipped with exceptional amenities. Every detail was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas and the overall atmosphere of refined luxury. We are already looking forward to coming back, and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. You’ll be in excellent hands!
