Good level of price vs quality! Food was delicious. Thank You for great risotto and best tiramisu🫶 Staff is very friendly, private beach is perfect, and the view... it’s amazing. We really had a good time here and will be glad to come back!

Not the best choice for solo travellers or guests in their 20s I stayed here for a solo trip after reading some of the reviews and looking at the photos online. I chose this hotel primarily because it was one of the few that still had availability last minute, and it advertised being close to the beach and having a gym — which was a key deciding factor for me. Unfortunately, the gym was a major letdown. In fact, I wouldn’t even call it a gym. It looked like it hadn’t been used or maintained in decades — outdated, dirty equipment, barely any weights, and clearly not somewhere guests actually use. I didn’t work out there once. If I’d known the true state of the gym, I would’ve booked elsewhere. I really think the hotel should either remove the gym from their website entirely or at least provide accurate photos to avoid misleading guests. The location also isn’t ideal. I had a rental car, which made things manageable, but the hotel is a solid 35–40 minute drive from Palermo and around 45–50 minutes from Cefalù. There isn’t much to do in the surrounding area, so if you don’t have a car, you’ll be limited to a handful of nearby restaurants (which you still need to drive to) or relying on the hotel shuttle — which I didn’t use, but reviews suggest can feel restrictive. Another thing to note: the hotel was packed with young families and children. I didn’t use the pool once because it was always full of kids. I spent any downtime at the hotel’s private beach instead, which was much calmer and mostly adults — definitely a better vibe for solo travellers or couples. In general, the hotel feels very outdated and in need of renovation. That said, the staff were friendly, and my room was fine — nothing special, but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The private beach is a nice touch, although there are better beaches nearby (Mondello beach was my favourite by far). All in all, this hotel might suit families with small children, but I wouldn’t recommend it for solo travellers or people in their 20s. My biggest takeaway: the gym is extremely misleading and should be removed from their advertising. If I hadn’t booked so last-minute, I definitely would have stayed elsewhere.

Probably one of the best location in Sicily, the most beautiful private beach in an alcove scenario, a really beautiful pool and the village is scenic. The hotel rooms are obsolete and in need of a serious upgrade. Our room had an amazing view but the aircon wasn’t working, it took 2 days of complaints to finally change room. Breakfast is average but the dining room needs to be brought to modern times and have a serious cleaning. The staff was attentive, the hotel director on top of the game. i just wish the ownership would bring this iconic place to its former glory with upgraded rooms, technologies and new service levels suitable for the modern years. The 80’s are long gone, just the perfect beach is no longer sufficient.
