Torre Pinta Masseria Medioevale

My stay at Maria Giovanna's-owned place was not very long, but I believe she would do anything to please her guests, and I could feel she was passionnate about her region and place. She will take time to explain you everything you want to know about the region (in English, Italian or even maybe French) and to share a coffee or tea time with you. One of the nicest person I met there, and in an area without any tourist, if you like it quiet. I would recommand it.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Food was amazing including breakfast everyday. Maria Cooked us a splendid meal at very short notice due to a severe weather storm and we were unable to go out. We will never forget that night as the food just kept on coming! The apartment was cleaned everyday and we enjoyed the private patio. Pool was also spotless and a great facility. The location was really nice and relaxing. The whole family really enjoyed the holiday. Thanks to Maria and all the staff!!😀😀

We were having a good time and eating good food but the service was a bit subpar. The hostess promised us one price but then at the end changed her mind and charged us more. She was also sneaky with the upselling even after we refused. She initially said we could pay by card since we were a party of 7 but then refused and drove us to the bank to get the money and asked for us to pay in the car which was weird. She pocketed some cash and tried to tell us we hadn't given it all to her so we had to challenge her to take the 'missing' money out. To top it all off we were also victims of racist language. All in all a poor experience that left us all disappointed and upset.
