Torretta Palace Hotel

Very nice boutique hotel. The suite with sea view has a gorgeous look on the port and the church clock. The small village is very intimate, but offers everything you need (good restaurants, cafes, shops)…

Small hotel-restaurant on sea front. Sunbeds on floating deck for hotel guests and beaches few step away. Free parking. Nice pool and hot tub (that is too cold in the morning as not covered during the night). Good breakfast. Minibar was not cold, and there was NO COFFEE option in the room. Minimarket and other restaurants nearby. Bikes for rental were not functional and not repaired (stayed 3 nights). The elevator is for the main building only (1 story in the attached building that has no view but includes the pool and hot tub).

Kindness can always help to ensure customer satisfaction, even if there are occasional mistakes. After arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by an unpleasant smell. I immediately reported it to the reception, saying that they had no other rooms and they assured me that the problem would be fixed. In the afternoon, the unpleasant smell got worse. I spent more time on the terrace. The reception was informed that I was here for work and there was no signal in my room, not even for phone calls and no internet at all! I wanted to make coffee in my room, which was a big mistake because the coffee maker had green water! I ended my stay early, having to wash all my clothes because of the unpleasant smell and I didn't even take one suitcase out of the car. The reception is a story in itself. The gentleman at the reception wanted to call the police on me when I asked for a discount for the apartment because the sewage system made my entire stay unpleasant and it was impossible to work in hotels without a signal. In conclusion, a very unpleasant experience, I do not recommend it, I left the hotel in shock and even with an insult, what a bad guest am I if I even want to object to the service.
