We had such an amazing stay at Toscana over the New Years period. The rooms were absolutely stunning, with a beautiful view of Airlie. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful after our stay regarding a left item. We hope to stay here again someday!
We stayed with my partner and family for 3 night at Toscana and we absolutely loved it First the check in with Joe who is super friendly and helpful, the view from the room is stunning overlooking at Airlie beach and the turquoise sea, the unit are large and comfortable. Love the balcony as well to enjoy sunsets. We will definitely be back.
This was a special occasion which was more like a small nightmare. On arrival service was excellent. After the first two courses of the set menu there was zero service and the rest of the meal took so long, more than 50 minutes we didn't wait for dessert. We were there for two hours and 20 minutes. I would suggest avoiding the set menu as the focus seems to be on the main meals. Poor service which ruined what should have been a lovely evening. I don't expect to have to keep asking for a drink refill when staff are continuously walking by me.
