So, I don’t know how to even start this comment because this hotel was literally the worse hotel in my entire life. First, when we arrived at the destination in the night outside where no lights and you couldn’t see the road to the entrance inside the hotel. Then, when we finally find the door we got in the hotel and there was a guy at the reception that was scaring me a little because I thought he was having a problem with us. Secondly, the room was ok, in the old style but A BAD PROBLEM was that the rooms haven’t got any air conditioner and in the day during, outside were 35 degrees and inside was like with 20 degrees more, exactly like in a sauna so every time I needed to change my t-shirt because I was sweating… Third, the reception guy was NEVER saying to us even a “hello” . At the breakfast every time when we were going to eat there was no food on the table, the water and juice machine wasn’t even working and we had to ask them to give us at least a bread and the thing was that the breakfast was for 7 until 9:30 and we were always there at 8:30… Fourth( the most important observation) was that in the evening at 21 o’clock the fire alarm started. Me and my brother got down to the reception to ask what happen and they said that someone accidentally pressed the button so we got back to the room. Ok, that was a mistake,right? Then listen to me know… At 2:52, the fire alarm started again and we waited because we thought that the same situation happened like last time, but, it started again at exactly 3 AM in the morning so we got down again and asked what happened but there was another guy at the reception that didn’t even know how to speak English and told us something in Italian that we couldn’t understand. In the morning, next day, we asked the English guy from reception what happen and he said that was a problem in the sistem.. Two times a problem in the sistem at 4 stars and you couldn’t solve it since you work in this hotel?? Wow! That’s great, what can I say. Another problem was at the pool! The pool was dirty and my brother slipped two times on the pool floor and the pool was also dirty and disgusting . In the end, the conclusion is that this hotel doesn’t deserve the stars they have and you should never go to this hotel if you do not want to destroy your vacantion vibe!🙏 I’m serious, this is not a joke, never go at this kind of hotels because they can convince you to stay there just from the photos!
