Tott Hotel Åre

The view here is absolutely breathtaking, and the ski-in/ski-out access is a major plus. While Tott is no longer a “Tott hotel,” you can still easily book rooms through Guestit. Some of the apartments have been recently renovated, offering a wonderful sense of freshness and comfort. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy both convenience and a modern, cozy stay!

We were 2 people staying at Totts hotel, and we got 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms and kitchen included. Everything was clean and the location was perfect with the great view!

Tott is not a hotel but a "destination" with many of the private apartments rented out via Tott website, Airbnb or booking. Therefore, there is no reception or service per se. Many years ago they had a restaurant, social places, spa and swimming pool. Today any amenities depend on the apartment you rent. The place underwent renovation and feels freshened up. Shared room for ski equipment on 4th floor next to the bridge to Tottbacken lift, great for ski in & out. 5-7 min walk to Bergbanan, the old cable car connecting Åre village with Fjällgården and ski resort. Otherwise, easy 15 min hike down to Åre, 20 min back up. We were both lucky and happy with our apartment and stay
