Tour Eiffel

I was very pleased with my month long stay at Citadines. The rooms are clean and spacious and the common areas are well kept. The hotel is centrally located and close to the metro. You can be anywhere in the city in less than thirty minutes maximizing your time exploring the city. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about my stay here management keep up the good work.

Was a great hotel and highly recommend to others intending to visit Paris! Location is very convenient (next to a Metro station) with many great, nearby restaurants. Staff at the receptionist desk are very friendly and understanding. A special spotlight on the cleaning staff—always kept the room tidy, were very inviting, and accommodating. Also includes a laundry room for those wanting to do laundry and/or intend to stay for a prolonged period of time.

The hotel is very good. The rooms are clean, spacious, equipped with a kitchenette that has basic utensils and cutlery. The receptionist are helpful and attentive for most part. There is a water dispenser and coffee machine near the lobby. Some rooms also have a partial Eiffel Tower view which is beautiful that night especially with the sparkling lights. One of the elevator was under maintenance when we checked in and on our last day, the other elevator was also under repairs. It was definitely a hassle to carry luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Though the hotel did employee a couple of people to help the guests with the luggage. The other thing was no housekeeping to clean the room everyday so it can be difficult if it is a longer stay. There are linens and towels that can be collected from a store room. The location was also amazing especially with the metro station a few seconds away. Overall a very good stay and definitely recommended.
