Tourist Hotel Boehm

Rooms are nicely sized but very plain and not modern at all. Wifi very bad in our room, might be due to location... amazing surroundings, foot paths, scenery and peaceful atmosphere. Great food, with local including local delicatessen. Recommended! Close to Konigssee but a tad far for walking to the lake for most people.

Good location. Nice breakfast. No wifi available in one building which was a known issue by the owner and not communicated. She didn’t show any attempt to solve the issue.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at Tourist Hotel Boehm. When I raised a complaint about the payment policy, the staff completely avoided addressing my actual concern and provided generic responses that did not resolve the problem. It felt like they were more interested in dismissing the issue rather than genuinely helping. Additionally, the hotel did not follow the payment rules stated in my booking confirmation. When I pointed this out, they refused to acknowledge their mistake or offer a proper resolution. A hotel should honour the terms of a booking and handle complaints professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I do not recommend staying at this hotel unless you want to deal with unhelpful staff and unclear policies. I cannot comment on the hotel itself since I ended up cancelling my booking.
