After reading several reviews, I expected to have a bad experience but it actually exceeded my expectations. There was someone to carry our luggage and show us to our room. The rooms could use more cleaning but there were really habitable and cozy. Heating was proper, beddings were clean but not enough towels were provided for our triple room. Prices for massage and Turkish hamam together were 40€. I should say that we got value for the money we paid since we booked a package for transport, tour, meals plus hotel.
Great location next to balloon launching spots. There is also a high rock nearby where you can climb for less than 15 munutes, and watch from above, with an excellent view. The rooms are pretty decent. Regarding food, there is a large selection of vegetables in the buffet, but not so much in the main course section. The food is tasty though.
This hotel was in the perfect location just outside the city centre so it was quiet. The pool was great and the kids played in it everyday. The only thing wrong with this hotel was that the beds were horrible, we also had two rooms because we didn’t all fit in the same room and the cleaners only cleaned my room but they didn’t clean the other bedroom so we had a dirty bedroom for most of our stay in the hotel.
