On arrival we were very kindly upgraded to room 418 which was very spacious and everything you could possibly need was here including a dishwasher, oven/griller, clothes washer/dryer as well as hairdryer and iron/ironing board. The room and ensuite were clean and very comfortable. The are friendly and professional. There is a bus stop outside the building next door. Would recommend.
Having read the numerous negative reviews, i was aprehensive at check in, however, the room was clean large enough to not feel cramped. There are all the appliances you could want during a short stay, but some of them, particularly the lights (of all things) and the microwave could be a bit easier to use. It's a good 10 minute walk to the tube station but it's easy to find and there is actually a bus stop just outside the entrance.
Apartments were smaller than they appeared in the pictures, however it was very well furnished. Apartments were extremely clean and the staff were friendly. When we arrived however they were unable to accept cash payment which was a little bit unfortunate as being abroad meant we incurred considerable charges when we were forced to pay by card. Overall great accommodation and I would stay again.
