Tower Inn Pisa Valdera

1. Very narrow passage for entering the room. 2 people cannot pass the passage at the same time. 2. Not enough space to comfortably keep the luggage OR move around in the room. I had 4 bags for the 2 of us and found it very difficult to open the bags and get my stuff out of it. Had to eventually keep the bags on the bed. I always had enough space to keep it in the entry passage of all the hotel rooms I visited so far. 3. No ventilation in the room and the AC wasn't ON. The room had windows but cannot be opened for ventilation as anybody from neighbouring rooms can get a good peek into our room, leaving little privacy for us. 4. The quality of towels was pathetic, very thin towels, could not wipe my body dry with it. 5. We are not allowed to use water heating kettle in the room. We couldn't make coffee in the morning in the room. 6. WiFi WAS CHARGABALE! Wow! The Breakfast was OK. Overall very disappointed with the hotel room and services. Would not recommend anyone to choose this hotel.

Terrible manager service, terrible facilities. When I just check in and find out water leaking in the room. Carpet all wet. Manager first sentence is this: Hi, madam, you took shower without close door and water leak to the room. I told him that I just check in even don't have time to open luggage yet, how can I took shower without close door. He still keep told me that you need close door. Then he told me I still ok to sleep. What ? Never listen, keep told me that I need close door when take shower. Never recommend this hotel, even do not turn on AC for the room when you keep ask him to turn on.

The Hotel is super not recommended!! Wifi is not free , The refrigator is locked so we cannot put drinks in here. Many mosquito when we arrive here!! 😫 No facilities in the room, no hairdryer, no kettle for hot water. The blanket in the room is dirty . We pay the hotel to get all the facilities, but in here you get nothing 😠😡 so dissapointed!
