We booked last-minute and asked for a room with a view of the Tower, if possible - and our wish was granted! We are mot grateful for that. Bus stop right outside, and tube station very close. An excellent location! We recommend a romantic walk across Tower Bridge in the evening. The shower was luxurious, best I've come across. Enjoyable buffet breakfast, too. We highly recommend this hotel.
Top notch service. Clean room. Very polite and helpful employees. 1 minute from train station. Walking distance to tower bridge. We had in our room: washer/dryer, microwave, kitchen sink, 2 TV, coffee and tea. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. 24/7 food service. One night we came back to the hotel late and we were pleased with delicious meal after midnight. Thank you for your hospitality.
Our five-night stay at the hotel was an excellent experience. The facilities were excellent, perfectly functioning, clean, and the location was great, right next to Tower Hill subway. The hotel suffered an electrical outage during part of our stay, and the staff handled everything with dedication and efficiency, demonstrating their preparedness for major unforeseen events. A special mention goes to the service and friendliness of the staff, especially Francisca, who was particularly responsive and kind throughout our stay. Congratulations.
