We had a lovely experience at Towers Rotana hotel. The rooms need a bit updating but it's clean and staff are friendly. Will like to thank the gentleman Khalil who has done the housekeeping all throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and always had a smile on his face. Thank you Khalil 😊
Cleaning and Service are top!! Khalil is super helpful, understanding and always ready to find solutions! He saw that my wife was sick and he was there to help us immediately and gave us solutions and called the management immediately. We are very pleased with the service!
Location is amazing - you’re in downtown Dubai surrounded by restaurants, shops and the DIFC. The rooms are so comfortable and spacious too. The staff in particular have made my stay here so comfortable - from reception to housekeeping (special mention to Khalil he is the best!). This is my third time staying here and definitely not my last.
