Town and Country San Diego

This place was so great! One of the highlights of our San Diego experience!! After a horrific experience at a neighboring hotel due to poor management, our group of 20 was welcomed with open arms at Town and Country. Ana listened as we shared our experience at our previously booked accommodations, showed empathy, and assured us our stay there would be great - and it was! She went above and beyond in terms of customer service. The 5 rooms we booked were clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Our group enjoyed the pool, sand volleyball, time on the balcony, and coffee from the MRKT. You wont regret staying here!

My family stayed here when we visited Comic Con in San Diego it was a very nice resort. The pools were awesome and 3 restaurants to choose from. They also provided a very reliable shuttle to and from the convention center. It was just perfect

Location is great, central to everything. Room was good and easily accessible to the pool but the shower ceiling had mold!!! The room service lady came knocking at 7am asking if we were ready for check out. I had asked for a late check out the night before, obviously the info wasn’t related to anyone. She came knocking again at 10, not very amusing! There was a couple kids throwing limes from the trees. Kids will be kids but there should be some staff walking around or something. I called the front desk to report it and all they said was yeah we know about it. I had to find them and ask them to stop myself. They charge $38 for parking per day! I think they need to include this information before arrival.
