Townplace West Kowloon

Feels like home — and I’m really going to miss it! I’ve been living at TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON for nearly 9 months now, and honestly, leaving is going to be tough 🥺. I stayed in a studio unit. It is compact, but super functional, and had everything I needed. The smart home (controlling lights, curtains, A/C from the app) were a big big plus for lazy people like me 🫢🫢 What makes this place really special is the shared spaces and the community vibe. I spent a lot of time in the Thinking Tank on 25th, whether I was chilling with a book or powering through deadlines and exam prep. It's great for both focus and downtime. The gym and rooftop pool on 26th are amazing too! And let’s not forget the 23/F open-air fitness zone and BBQ area, it's a great place to hang out with friends or meet neighbors. Huge shoutout to the community team 🤩🤩 You guys truly made this place feel like home 🥺🥺 Always smiling, always welcoming, and the events (like yoga, meditation, hiking) were such a fun and relaxing way to connect with others. I’ll really miss our little chats and laughs 🫶🧡 Location-wise, it’s super convenient — just a 5-min walk to Nam Cheong MTR, plus there’s a mall downstairs and a park right outside for evening walks. Pet-friendly too! Whether you're here short-term or long-term, I’d 100% recommend it. Thanks again to the amazing team — Karen, Alice, Isaac, Wilson, Renee, Bilis— for making these past months so warm and memorable! 🫶💝💖

We stayed in a 2 bedrooms corner apartment this time. And wow, we loved the views! The room is clean and new, comes with a kitchen and washing machine. Super convenient as only a few stops to Disneyland, high speed train station and Central. Love their facilities on the top floors, we made good use of their break out areas as well. We will definitely be back!

The room offered spectacular seaview and so did the clubhouse from different corners. The vast range of recreational & wellness facilities across several floors were impressive. Special thanks to Wilson from the Community department. We were clueless when trying to find mugs in the shared kitchen. He proactively walked up to us and offered help. He even introduced other facilities, including the self-service pop-up booths. We appreciate his attentiveness, helpfulness and warm demeanor. It's a rather unique concept but definitely ingenious to have a team of staff at the clubhouse area dedicated to serve guest needs promptly. Overall a fabulous stay experience!
