Superb location, friendly and helpful staff, and all you could need in a hotel really. We didn't have breakfast so can't speak on that, but everything else was great. We were able to leave our luggage here for several hours after checking out which was helpful.
Convenient location close to Shinkansen (bullet train) station connecting to big cities. Literary 3 minutes walk. Heart of the city. A lot of restaurants close to hotels, convenience store, spa's game center and shopping mall. Parking not available in the hotel but 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It's Free, It will be reimbursed by the hotel. Small bathrooms, clean rooms, close to vegan/vegetarian Indian restaurant. Breakfast was a treat very well served, a lot of vegetarian/vegan options.
I stay at this Toyama Excel hotel in the first week of December 2024. The bed is clean & comfortable, location is great, but the room aircon system is bad. The aircon is a central control unit, every time I turn-on the aircon unit, it will automatically turn-off within 5 mins. Thus, I constantly felt warm & stuffy in the room, and can’t sleep well.
