It's a functional, impersonal business hotel that provides a clean and tidy environment to stay. Breakfast is decent and filling.
Is there an option of not giving any star? Because I would like to opt for that. Pathetic rooms. We were 3 people staying in one room and they said they will give a triple occupancy room but instead gave us a double occupancy with an extra bed squeezed in. There was no space for us to move. The telephone was kept on one of our beds. The hotel staff were so rude. We asked for an clothes iron and they refused to provide that, asked for an extra glass as only 2 glasses were there for 3 people, that also never arrived. Charged us extra money for even consuming the water from the bottles already present in the room. If you are visiting Hanoi, please do yourself a favour and never stay here!!!!
Please don’t go there. Terrible place. V had booked 3 nights and left in just 1. When v left v saw there is another TQT in same premises. Not sure about that, though it looked good from outside.
