I agree with the 1st reviewer that this is not a professional hotel service. My wife booked in advance for 2 nights for an apartment style 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on high floor. But upon arrival, was told told that we did not have a booking by the staff who can't speak simple English. We have to produce the screenshot of the online confirmation to prove to him. He called someone for help who could speak English. The person came and make some excuse that our original room has aircon issue and will move us back to the original room the following night. There was no computer system to manage the hotel service, we were asked to sign our name on a record book. The room given on the first night was of a 2-star grade compared to what we wanted (4 star grade). Didn't even compensate with a fair price reduction. No receipt or invoice was given upon checkout. Only came to find out the truth that they overbooked customers with limited rooms from someone working there. This is very unethical practice. The boss even texted my wife after we have checked out 2 hours later to chase us to do a check out without finding the facts that we already did. Would never recommend anyone to use this hotel if they focus on greed and not customer experience.

Scam Experience at Tracy Ben Thanh Tower, Ho Chi Minh City To whom it may concern, Sharing my appalling experience with Tracy Ben Thanh Tower, located at 172 Đường Ký Con, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I booked this property well in advance via Booking.com, only to arrive at night after a 10-hour journey to discover there was *no room available*. The staff gave a vague, baseless excuse for the unavailability, offering no viable solution and leaving us stranded. To make matters worse: - The two on-site security guards spoke no English and had no knowledge of our booking. - We were told to take a private car outside to relocate to some random hotel, with no clear details provided. - Communication was only possible through WhatsApp, where they attempted to send us to two different hotels, both further away from District 1 and more expensive. After wasting two hours of our time, we finally requested a cancellation (initiated by the property) to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. It became clear this is not a professionally managed property but rather a privately owned apartment used as an Airbnb-style rental. Based on subsequent reviews, it seems we may have been fortunate not to see the room—descriptions of musty conditions, poor service, and outdated facilities are frequent. This experience was nothing short of a scam, and I strongly advise others to avoid this property at all costs. Such unethical practices not only ruin vacations but reflect poorly on platforms like Booking.com that allow these listings to operate unchecked. AVOID! SCAM! STAY CLEAR!

we arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm on December 31st, they tell us to wait for the room and the lady disappears leaving us in the hall with 4 other couples. We then discover that there are no rooms due to overbooking and that it is a hotel practice. An hour before midnight we had to go out on the street to look for another accommodation. Booked through Booking.com which gave absolutely no help in resolving the situation. ABSOLUTELY TO BE AVOIDED!!!
