Trakoscan

We stayed one night at Hotel Trakošćan during our journey with our family and our dog. It was a great experience! The room was very clean and hygienic. A thoughtful touch: there was a bowl of water and food prepared for our dog in the room – we really appreciated that. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Next time, we’ll definitely stay a bit longer to truly enjoy the nature and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a stunning location!

We arrived two hours earlier than our check-in hour. Because our room was ready they let us go to our room early. It was the summer season and the hotel was quite full. The staff was always kind, helpful, and friendly. We never experienced a problem. We booked the pool and sauna for two hours. Before your stay you need to arrange the pool hour. because the hotel doesn't want to let many people in the pool at the same time for convenience of guests The hotel is so close to trakoscan lake and castle which makes its location awesome. The breakfast and dinner we had was offered as an open buffet. Quite many options. I personally liked the taste of the meals I opted for. There are playgrounds for children in the garden of the hotel. The photos I share are from the surroundings of the hotel.

The hotel was a really pleasant surprise. The room was clean and nice, the food was excellent, and everything was above expectations. The surroundings are awesome, great for a family vacation, to see the castle and go for a stroll around the lake.
