We had an incredible experience planning our wedding at the Mountain Lodge Telluride, and it's all thanks to the exceptional service from the entire team, especially Sam Barnes. I want to take a moment to highlight the amazing support Sam and his team provided throughout this journey. From our first interaction, Sam was the epitome of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine dedication to our needs. Every communication was polite, efficient, and reassuring, demonstrating that customer satisfaction is his utmost priority. I truly appreciated his prompt responses to our questions and the seamless way he coordinated every detail. It's rare to find such consistently high standards of service, and we are genuinely inspired by it. Thank you for making the planning process not just seamless, but enjoyable. The location is the selling point here as you are a 5 minute walk to the free Gondola that takes you downtown. Beautiful overlook. Staff was friendly. However, rooms need a deep clean — dusty surfaces, cobwebs in window corners, random hairs on seats and countertops. Scuff marks on walls and doors. Just not ideal for the price Parking is $38

Beautiful location but very overpriced and not what you expect for cleanliness for an expensive place. We stayed in a 4 bedroom house and the floors looked like they have never been deep cleaned throughout, the furniture was too large for the room and the counters were all sticky when we arrived. My other family stayed in the suites and they said there was thick dust under the couch and the fans supplied were broken. The food was ok but some of it was heavily seasoned. Would not recommend for the hefty price. We ended up leaving early.
